He has over 20 years of experience as a legal and tax counselor, he got his bachelor's degree on accounting and law from UNAM, a Master\u2019s degree on tax law from the Universidad Panamericana, and a specialized degree on hydrocarbons from ITAM, as well as various courses and graduates, such as his graduate on International Business & Management in Vancouver, on hydrocarbons in the Instituto Mexicano del Petr\u00f3leo, and the Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Hidrocarburos, as well as many others.<\/span><\/p>\n
